Making Offers on Domains
When a domain listing does not include a set price then what is being asked for is best offer. Some domains received many offers that have been rejected, others less or perhaps you will be the first one to place an offer. Even if there is a set price, you are free to make a best offer as well. However, in this case be very careful because while we are analyzing your offer someone else may very well pay the set price, in which case you will lose the domain. So be conscious of this when you make an offer on a domain that has a Buy Now price. The first one to pay the Buy Now price will win the name.
If you decide to make an offer on a domain then you need to evaluate carefully how much you are willing to place as your initial offer. In the majority of cases we are looking for buyers genuinely interested in the domain and situations where the domain will be the best match for the buyer. In all cases, if your offer is much too low it will most likely be ignored as there are just too many low-ballers and we just don't have the time to answer those types of offers. Still, having said that, if the offer is on the low end but still looks like a serious offer then we may decide to respond with our decision. However, in the end that is our call. Please note that if someone else makes a higher offer for the same domain we will let you know so you can have the opportunity to increase your offer, or we may decide to put the domain on auction if there are more than one party interested at the same time.
Sending an offer via the website is very simple. Just enter your amount in the field provided and select “Make Offer”. You will be taken to the next page where you enter your name, contact info, and any comments you may wish to send with the offer. Remember that by sending the offer and confirming it you are entering into a contractual obligation to pay that amount should your offer be accepted.
