FAQ

How do I make payment for a domain I won?

There are two options which are decided effectively by the final price. High ticket domains will be paid via Escrow for the security of both the buyer and seller. Small ticket domains can be paid via Paypal.

How long does it take for the domain to come into my possession after a successful sale?

From the moment we receive receipt of payment, the domain will be pushed to your account at the same registrar within 48 hours.

How will I receive my domain?

You will receive the domain in your account at the same registrar that the domain is registered at. If you don't have an account at this registrar then you can open an account for free.

After buying a domain can I transfer it to the registrar of my choice?

Absolutely. Once the domain is in your account at its current registrar, you can then transfer the domain anywhere you wish. The domain is now in your control.

Why do the domains have “make an offer” instead of a fixed price?

Domain prices are constantly changing as demand rises and new businesses go online on a daily basis. As such it is very difficult to keep changing the fluctuating prices. Now, some domains may have a  fixed price but these generally are for domains we want to move quickly and/or are on sale.

Do I get full control of the domain after I purchase it?

Once the domain is in an account you have access to (or you just created if you didn't have one), then the domain is in your complete control. You can set the nameservers to point to your existing host, redirect the domain to your existing website, or transfer it to your registrar of choice. We will lose any type of control at this point.

Can I get a website with the domain I purchase?

Unless otherwise stated, the domain will not include a website. However, you can talk to us if you need a website and we can recommend a well priced and quality service to develop your domain into a functional and profitable e-business website.
